OAR Documener is, as its name suggests, a very handy tool to document Order Activity Rules in your JDE system.
The output of this tool is an easy-to-read, color-coded Excel spreadsheet (MS Excel does not need to be installed: the tool is using a built-in XLS engine and the resulting XLS can be opened with a free Microsoft Excel Viewer). Here's a sample output (exact formatting, as produced by this tool):

All Order Types are documented in the same XLS document, each one in its own Worksheet - please, see this sample XLS, produced from ERP8 Demo Data.
Most frequent uses of such documentation are:
- End-user reference - easy-to-use cards;
- Power-user configuration assistant, providing an easy-to-read reference and highlighting references to non-existent Line Types and Status Codes;
- Site Documentation - a reliable way to tell what the OAR's used to be like in the past;
- Compare OAR's in different Environments, or between different systems.
Releases B733 through to E811 inclusive are supported. The software runs from a Fat Client, using JDE API's to access the necessary data. No Training Needed - the tool offers an intuitive 4-button interface. The entire task can be accomplished with 4 clicks of the <Enter> button, plus JDE signon and selection of the report file name and folder - all in under a minute.
We will be delighted to provide you with more details, sample XLS files, etc. - please, e-mail us. We will be happy to discuss any small changes to the report layout, etc. specifically to your requirements. Please, let us know, if there's anything else in the system, that you would like to have documented in a similar fashion.

Initial screen:
one <ENTER> click later and after a normal JDE signon:

one <ENTER> click later, the toll will prompt you for the report file name and folder:

Once the file has been saved, it will immediately open for viewing and the tool will move the focus to the "Log Out" button.

Or, the same screen, but under Windows(R) XP (Default Theme):

You can still run some more reports now, for example, in different Environments, but another click of <ENTER> key will log you out:

and one more <ENTER> key - to quit the tool.
